In this Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing experience, We will gently guide you through Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice often called "yogic sleep." This practice allows the body to fully relax while the mind journeys inward - cultivating clarity, peace, and profound stillness. The vibrations of sound will wash through you, supporting release, balance, and connection to the season of autumn.
